The largest and main structure of the property, Il Mulino, (originally the wheat flour mill of this mill complex) is an elegantly decorated and exquisitely furnished multi-level guest house. On the upper level there is a large living room with a terracotta floor, a high beamed ceiling and a lovely fireplace. Located just off of the living room there are four beautiful master bedrooms each with its own luxurious en-suite;
1. "The Colonna" room (bed size 155cm x 193cm) with en-suite including a shower stall,
2. "The Angel" room (bed size 160cm x 200cm) with en-suite including both a bathtub and a separate shower stall and
3. "The Painted" room (bed size 160cm x 200cm) with en-suite and a separate shower stall.
The fourth master bedroom, "The Suite" (bed size 160cm x 200cm), is in a lovely separate multi-level suite with its own gorgeous en-suite including a luxurious corner bathtub and a private sitting room complete with fireplace. "The Suite's" sitting room sofas double as two single beds if necessary.

The main living room is complete with a media centre, satelite television and a CD/stereo. Telephone and dial-up internet are available (internet is .20 cents/minute).

The wide wooden stairs lead to Il Mulino's lower level, to a huge, magnificent tavern/kitchen with ancient stone walls, a cozy sitting area by a large fireplace and an antique dining table that easily seats ten people. The kitchen has all modern appliances; gas stove-top cooking elements, electric oven, dishwasher and refridgerator. The kitchen is completely appointed with cooking tools, pots and pans, lovely dishes, glassware, cutlery and beautiful table linens for ensuring your meal preparation and eating experiences are pleasurable.

The kitchen's double doors open onto a lovely private stone patio area bordered by a wall of jasmine, potted flowers and outfitted with a barbeque and large table that seats up to 15 people for dining al fresco.
