This small little stone house, just down a wide flight of terracotta stairs which lead off of the patio area in front of the units the “Mulino” and the “Vicinale”, is an independant structure.

It is composed of a living room, an independent complete, closed off kitchen with its dining area, a master bedroom and a bathroom with a large shower.
