La Vicinale, (named after the mill's ancient cobblestone road), one of the two small guest houses, sits just beside and seperate from Il Mulino and is delightfully laid out on two levels.

On the lower level is a warm and appealing entrance hall, a bright cheerful bathroom with a large shower, an intimate well appointed kitchen with sliding doors and a charming dining nook. Telephone and dial-up internet connection points are at the hall desk and connection is available upon request (not included in rental fees).

The small kitchen has all modern appliances; gas stove-top cooking elements, electric oven, toaster oven and refridgerator (no dishwasher). The kitchen is also completely appointed with cooking tools, pots and pans, lovely dishes, glassware, cutlery and beautiful table linens for ensuring your meal preparation and eating experiences are pleasurable. Covering La Vicinale's delightful patio is a wisteria draped pergola. This al fresco dining area has its own table, chairs and barbeque.

A stone staircase leads to the second level which begins with a comfortable living room complete with TV and DVD player as well as a stereo/CD player. The walls and display points throughout La Vicinale are covered with many special pieces of art and treasures that make this house an enchanting get-away.

Off of the living room, the youthful and romantic bedroom decorated in warm Tuscan colours, has a double bed (bed size 160cm x 200cm) and a big wall closet.
